lazy day today spent watching Olympics and feeling very stiff from yesterday's walk!! then out for evening meal with hubbie and my sister & her husband followed by pretty boring classical choir concert at Buckfast Abbey! just toast for breakfast, skipped lunch and choose spicy chicken fajitas for my evening meal.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 140.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
