Even a little exercise helps. I finally got on the elliptical--5 minutes Friday and 6 minutes Saturday --it pays off !
168.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

your right anything is better then nothing:) I do 10mins on treadmill each day and worked up to 20mins walking outside:)
