I did really well yesterday, stayed under my Basal metobolic rate as far a calories consumed AND I exercised. So hoping to make it through today, but co-workers are pressuring to go to Taco Bell, and I love Taco Bell. So here's to having some will power today!!! Wish me luck!!!!
