I was following the slimming world diet but have given that up. I wasn't losing any weight apart from a pound here & there & have been going 3 months. Money down the toilet. I have now decided to go on a calorie controlled diet which i think is my best chance of losing any weight. I've lost 3lbs in this last week since returning from my holiday Friday so i must be doing something right. I have also upped my fluid intake as it was pretty low to be honest. Somedays i'd go all day until 5pm without have a drink from waking up which i know wasn't good for me - but would get so busy at work i didn't have time to eat or drink. Then i'd pig out at home after 6pm on my tea & snacks. Not a good lifestyle.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
