I was on holiday last week and that was actually quite difficult, especially as we walked 15 miles on Thursday and another 15 on Sunday. I didn't record my weigh in on Monday (my usual weigh day), because I had put on 3/4 of a lb, today I lost 2 ounzes, although that is difficult to record on here, I have put it down. Hopefully will have a better weight loss next week.
209.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
