Double Day Saturday

5k Training: Week 4 - Day 2 - 36min total, 16min running, 1.79 miles

5k Training: Week 4 - Day 3 - 34min total, 16min running, 1.49 miles

Might have to switch back to Zombies, Run! for Part II of Double Days. The second session of 5k training kicked my butt a little. :op)
263.3 lb Lost so far: 35.3 lb.    Still to go: 128.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
