99sleeper's Journal, 08 August 2016

Day 21 of #whole30 complete. Yesterday I ate dinner later than normal, used two gels (sugar) during a 13.1 mile training run and drank a Gatorade (sugar) when I was done because I couldn't find my normal coconut water (without added sugar). Not sure which, probably all, contributed to gain. Either way I'm not concerned my body needed the energy and although I'm supposed to start over because they aren't allowed, I'll be able to keep any sugar cravings at bay.
168.8 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 7.0 lb a week

Probably water retention rebuilding those running muscles. Your discipline is inspiring.

Thanks you two. I've been ravenous today. Sticking with my allowed foods though. Not sure what the scale will read tomorrow.
