Yeatetday ate 1/2 can chivken noodle soup. one grilled cheese on wheat w/ low carb 2 slices ametican cheese. 2 slices ham. 2 cans soda.
176.4 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week
