down another half lb! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! excellent. Not really working out today b/c I have to go to work in a bit and that's 9 hours on my feet racing around and climbing ladders for people. soo that will be my workout. keep on keepin on people this can happen!!!!
200.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
