blah steped on the scale this am it had gone up by 2 lbs! :( tried to tell myself its jus muscle. gotta be careful about snacking and writing stuff down even though i have been pretty good. i didnt do my workout dvd. i did jus dance 3 with mom for like 20 min. then did 1 set on the banish fat and boost metabolism dvd.not as much as i should have but im very tired. tomorrow i will try to do my no more trouble zones workout in the early afternoon even though it is xmas eve, my fav holiday!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
