I just stepped on the scale and I think I've broken my 166lb plateau. Well all I have to do is wait until weigh in Monday....fingers crossed
166.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1823 kcal Fat: 105.61g | Prot: 140.85g | Carb: 78.65g.   Breakfast: Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked), Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Lunch: McCormick Crushed Red Pepper Flakes, Bell Peppers, Cooked Asparagus (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Shrimp. Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing. Snacks/Other: Luna Luna Bar - Chocolate Dipped Coconut, Microwave Popcorn Movie Theater Butter, Dole Spinach Cherry Almond Bleu Salad, Oscar Mayer Honey Ham, Oscar Mayer Deli Fresh Cracked Black Peppered Shaved Turkey Breast. more...
