Mon ate last Mon,12/19/11, at Gilden Corral. Tues, 12/20/11 left coradit artery cleaned out.For that Tyes and Wrf only ate a couple crackers. Thurs
ate a couple spoons of oatmeal and applesause
Drank. some hot tea. Thurs
night ate 1/ can of noodles from campbells soup. Beforw weigjtef had coke & 1/2 can of noodles of camples soup & 1/2 can sprite.
178.2 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
