Good luck with getting your treatments approved ASAP.  

Just say no to her food choices? or does that start a war?  

Funny, I called yesterday, and the phone rang off the hook twice. I will try again today. I got approved for Keck, and hopefully will get the robotic surgery. I will work on it more diligently today. Thanks Kp, you are a sweetheart. 

Yay! Progress! Thank goodness you're retired because managing your health care is a full time job.  

HCB, it is not worth the effort, if you know what I mean. We have a constant battle about diet. I tell her, if you don't like the food I buy, buy your own. She needs to be here a lot more than myself. I know that too. We actually eat our best meals in Vegas. 

Check out this scale, that costs $180.  

Wow, I call my doctor referral, and they said, "Oh, we thought you already had your prostate removed." "We would have done this quicker!" OMG, and they talk so badly about educators. Nothing works right!  

Well, I hope you get a date for the surgery soon, Warren.

Funny, Suzy turned me on to Imgur. I kind of have a fascination with life and death. I found a pic of a burial site. A guy who spent his life as cemetery worker tells all of these stories of his work. I obviously am not the only one intrigued by these stories. I hope to god he made them up. Lol 

Hey Warren, I hope your wife can find her happiness. I know it affects your well being as well. Take care buddy. 

Thanks lulani, my life has always been an open book. I always thought my personal life would be the easiest and most rewarding. Life, I find out, is very complex and ironic with twists and turns. 

The serie "Seven feet under" you may like it. I thought it interesting as I never thought of people working in the "death" environment. I realised how important their job is, and challenging. I hope also that your wife can ponder on what makes her unhappy to find a suitable solution to content her or at least ease the bitterness(?). There must be something else behind the jealousy of you not working. We all have to look after ourselves first as nobody else can do that for us. 

Communication, hmm, just that word frustrates me. Lol I have been to therapists and counselors, and I usually wind up, helping them. One, told me, you have no problem, let's talk about other things. Ego is my wife's problem. Remember she is a therapist, in a way.

It is right at the top, when you open it up. Some stories sound kind of real. That is why it is interesting. I got interested by being in charge of cadavers in college. I would prepare them and put them in their frigs. One was a guys head sliced in half in a large, ceramic container.  

One story, was a kid that was buried with his cell phone by mistake, and his ringtone completely freaked out the ceremony, as he was being lowered in his grave. He spoke of this one in detail.

LOVE the cat pictures. Sorry about what's going on with your wife. My man recently was forced to be out on leave (FMLA) after his doctor said his eye surgery isn't healing like it should and it's affecting other things. It's been hard to adjust, especially for him since he was always on his feet walking around 8 miles a day just around the complex (he does grounds and maintenance for an apartment building in 100 degree + temperatures at the moment). I haven't caught all the story that's going on with you, but I hope it gets better. Thankfully, my man and I are on the same page when it comes to food and exercise so we're each other's motivator. Since he hasn't been working, we walk around this park across the street from where we live three time (it's 1.5 miles) just to get outside and some fresh air. Lately, we've been going to our favorite place for a salad (under 600 calories) too. Do you know the underlying reason for why your wife is stressed? I know for me, I get stressed when there's money problems or if I feel like I'm extending myself over and beyond what I should. No matter, I wish you both the best! 

Wow, FatSwatter! You sure you somehow aren't in my wife's family.???? If you two were in the same car, I'd never hear one thing on the radio. Do you ever test people on what you said? My wife does that to me a few times a day! Thanks though for your concern. You missed your calling as an author! Lol 

Oh, I forgot about your question. The main problem with my wife is that she talks too much and doesn't listen. Lol
