I got my Christmas wish!! Down 50 lbs (well, 51.2, to be exact!) I just want to maintain thru this next week & start the new year ready to continue this journey.
251.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 December 2011:
1099 kcal Fat: 15.60g | Prot: 83.77g | Carb: 144.37g.   Breakfast: egg beaters, Light Buttery Spread with Flax Oil, Bakery Light 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Milk (Nonfat), FAT FREE HALF & HALF, COFFEE, egg whites members mark, Fat Free Single Cheese Slices. Lunch: Clementines, Sugar Free Strawberry Preserves, PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter, Bakery Light 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: white wine, peanut oil, Boil in Bag Jasmine Rice, shrimp, Just Chicken White Meat Chicken, Thai Stir-Fry. Snacks/Other: Nonfat Pomegranate Greek Yogurt, Almond Windmill Cookies. more...
