Well, very surprised to see my weight remains constant. Been a very busy six weeks. Two sponsored runs and a sprint triathlon.
Got a new tracking toy -Garmin 210 and enjoying/ nay loving the running. Struggling a little with minor injuries but keeping it sensible. After all, I am over 50 years.
