I followed my diet yesterday, minus the exercise. I have been ill lately, stomach virus or something. But other than no exercise and the bag of m & m's I had right before bed I did well. Really going to be focusing on following the diet to the letter because Friday is my quit date for smoking. Plus I want to be able to spluge next weekend for my birthday, gotta do good this week and next so that I can slurge on cake and ice cream. Wish me luck!!!
