I have been having like anxiety attacks about exericise, getting in enough and a few other things.....but my eating has been okay and my desserts....not big or many so a little victory.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 23 January 2010:
2598 kcal Fat: 113.60g | Prot: 93.61g | Carb: 192.26g.   Breakfast: coffee, fried egg, clementines, oat flour biscuits. Lunch: Best of Both, The Semi Serious (No Bun). Dinner: chicken salad, cucumber. Snacks/Other: rum, ben and jerrys, two bite brownies. more...

I see you had a loss for the week, which is good, and I can relate to having some anxiety issues with working out. Last year I joined my gym in February but didn't actually go til the middle of May. I was so concerned with how would I look and if any of it will be effective. So I can related but hopefully you'll get pass this and get the kind of workouts you want done.
