I started WW on 9/4 at 202 lbs and have been steadily losing slowly. Am now down to 186 lbs. I wish I could get the motivation to exercise. Have walked some but in no way have I been steady at it.
I have been on WW many years ago. I know it works if I can just stay focused. So far, so good. This times seems to be different in the fact that I realize that the key is making good choices. Not getting to eat what I REALLY want is not a punishment. I just hope I can stay on the right track.
