so my weightloss is slower than i would like but it's only week 1 so i will not let it get me down at all! i've been doing pretty good watching what i eat, drinking plenty of water and drinking more green tea, and working out! i did no more trouble zones sunday then mon, tues did burn fat boost metabolism, yesterday i did the no more trouble zones again and today the other dvd. Jillian MIchaels really kicks some ass! i feel like my stomach is a little flatter than before and i know it hasnt been long but after all those crunches and ab workouts she has u do it really doesnt stick out so much! im also amazed at how well i sitck with doing it everyday, i literally yell at myself think of your birthday dress! to make myseelf do it. i have to admit sometimesi dont do the whole videos but i make sure i do at least 30 min worth! seems to be working i wore jeans that are usually very very tight on me today and they werent as hard to get on as usual. im def sticking with this and not giving up this time!!
146.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
