Well, that was awesome! I had a great workout and ate well. All day was very good. I did have an incident late in the day that caused me some stressed so I had some un anticipated chocolate to help me relax and I still was down from the day before. That was wonderful to see.

It is Noon today and I have had a fantastic workout already and two very good, healthy meals. I love the Insanity workout and today was the Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs routines. They were killers but I feel great. That ends Week 2 of the program and I think it is starting to make a difference in my body. I truly think it is helping the metabolism speed up and believe I will see some improvements in the following week. Feels good to see that change!
216.4 lb Lost so far: 78.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
