Up and down like a YoYo. Do good one day and fall off the sugar wagon the next.I think some of my issues with food at this point is emotional eating. Not making excuses, but stress can make you crazy and life is filled with stress at this point. Need to find that inner strength again. For all of you out there on your life changing journey, stay strong.
