Finally! A loss that shows up on the scale! I have been a good girl, stayed within my food plan, and exercised regularly. The scale just was not rewarding me. Maybe it's the hot weather and my salt intake? Whatever the reason, at last I see results and confirmation that I'm on the right road.

170.4 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
