Picked up.... but from today im going to be very strict with myself. Got me some whey protein (EVOX) to increase my protein intake and help me with recovery. Also including some weight lifting.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 13.9 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
