So last night I did p90x Yoga X. The first hour was a little tough, the last half was much easier. I am glad I stuck it out. I also ran 5 miles beforehand and my legs were shaking by the end of the Yoga video. The abs were sucky during it too. So I am also in another weight loss competition with my co-workers... percentage lost so it is a little more fair... but I am afraid I am not even going to come close because I have been working out and eating well for a long time. I am going to need to work double hard to have any chance at the $500 jackpot. It has gone up, more people have joined. Any motivation you can all give me for double workouts, send them my way!
