I was worried about my first weigh in last night, but it seems that I've managed to move my weight in the right direction... down!

Woohoo! That's a load off my mind.
284.6 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
