Woke up this morning and did my last day of treadmil intervals. Starting Sunday, I will be doing a hard resistance on the bike for a week. Feeling pretty good!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
