Aku pakai ocd + berhubung muslim sering puasa sunah dan jangan lupa olahraga. Olahraganya juga gk usah berat2 cukup senam2 aja, bisa download di youtube. Asalkan rutin dan ada niat pasti bisa kog kak😊
