This weight has been a mental barrier for me, but I am determined to get, and stay below this number. I am also keeping as physically busy as I can, and I can definitely recommende remodeling the kitchen as a points busting activity! :)
205.0 lb Lost so far: 48.5 lb.    Still to go: 55.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.8 lb a week
