Oye. Not the best. My weight's been rollercoasting all week. I think I know the culprit too. But a loss is still a loss.

This week, I want to not weigh myself all week, so if I lose a lot of weight, I won't see it. Same thing with gaining weight. I won't know the net change until the end. Not thinking too much about it sounds nice.

I already feel like I won't reach my goal of 140 by Christmas eve. It was too unrealistic. I underestimated the power of the holiday season. Putting my ambitions aside, I'm going to change my goal. I want to be 139 by January 21st. That day, a year ago, was the first day the program that started it all began. It would be nice to be so close to healthy when I was so very obese a year ago.

So for this week leading up to christmas, I'd love to be at 144 or 143-ish. Getting some kind of activity in this week and making good choices.
