hate that dreaded TOM but hey I didn't drink last night after all. I made it as long as I had planned, my going away party tonight should be splendid! Also started to think about how to proceed from this point on with drinking. I think that I will plan ahead, what will be my drinking "events." So that had a bad/stressful day today isn't an actual occasion to drink, and things like tonight, or Tuesday when my best friend and I will be packing up the rest of my box-able things, and having our last "sleepover," are special events. Thank you so much for starting this challenge, I feel that it was designed just for me. I have a much clearer head now, and THINK, that I might have a better head on my shoulder regarding alcohol. This challenge, could very well have saved my life.
161.3 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
