Okay, I feel stupid. I ate too much for lunch yesterday and I packed on a pound. It didn't seem that big though. Now I need to focus on weight loss.
111.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
