slowly slowly... I don't think this is really that big of a loss, and I don't think last week was really a gain... I think I've actually only lost 100g. But better than nothing :)
Had a fine eating week (going to go back to 1500 cals per day as 1300 was causing me to binge) - but not enough exercise. Will try to kick start next week with a run to work on monday morning.
