I am on my fast diet today, and weighed in the afternoon at 141. My goal is 120 lbs or pretty darn close. The way I think I can get there is:
2 days Fast Diet, the rest of the week free (and check out A Good Food Day recipes).
4 hours plus exercise each week * 3 x 45 mins * 1 x 90 mins
I am currently choosing Fridays and Sundays as my Fast days. I will work out for 45 minutes by hiking to the 4th bridge 1 or 2x per week, walking with a friend 1 day per week, and doing strength training with Jenn on Wednesdays. I will also go for a walk with Mokki and other friends (if available) on Saturdays for 90+ mins.
I think that'll do it in about 20 weeks.
