Had a strange fluke over the weekend. I ate really well over the weekend and I was up almost four pounds on Monday. That really sucked! I just finished Week 1 of Insanity and feel great! It is a lot of work but I am making it and I will do very well. I will make the last 10 pounds for my goal, I really will!
218.4 lb Lost so far: 76.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always weigh 3-4 pounds more as muscles are tired and healing from intense workouts. The gain is temporary and after a day or two off or of easy workouts you will reap the benefits. Keep working and just keep putting solid days together and you WILL get there.

Thanks for the encouragement! I guess that does make sense...the muscles need more nutrients to help heal and rebuild after the workouts.
