Even though I didn't lose anything, I'm still happy that I didn't gain. Friday was my 10th wedding anniversary, and my best friend took us to Applebee's for dinner. my meal was fairly healthy, it was a Thai shrimp salad and about 320 calories I think it said, but I had a margarita and shared some of my husband's margarita as well, plus for dessert I had about a glass and a half of wine(we had bought 2 different kinds, a chocolate red, and a roscato, and I wanted to try both), and we split a large slice of cheesecake with with cherries 3 ways, and had a strawberry shortcake cream pie... it was a nice indulgence, but I woke up with a sugar hangover yesterday, and was certain I would have gained at least a couple of pounds. Also, I forgot that today was my weigh in day, and I had already eaten a little bit and had a soda before I stepped on the scale, so it is possible I lost even lost a pound, but I will just go with what I saw.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
