again not necessarily more water but at least no alcohol. My gain/loss can be linked directly to food choices though. Proves to me that I have a low tolerance for refined carbs. Have a great alcohol free day. I will see you all tonight when my will power is waning.
160.2 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
