I had finals and lots of work so i was unable to do all the cardio and the exercises. but now im pretty much done with my fall semester. my plan for winter break is to do the jillian michaels workout dvds that i did last year which helped me to tone up over last winter break. i know that if i do this i will be able to tone up by new years and defiently by my birthday which is my ultimate goal! i know i can do this and now i have time!
