Ok. ..so my weigh in is not until Monday but I check just about everyday. Yesterday I was down to 165!!!!! I'm following my macros to the last drop....I am so excited for weigh in Monday! ! I'm loving my results and I love reading the love and feedback others are giving one another. ..so supportive

Good morning,
I do believe that the pushups assists me with defining my back and chest (arms too), but to make the claim that pushups are responsibly for my weight loss...No. I must admit that I am in the gym anywhere from 1-2 hours per day weight lifting and doing cardio. The pushup challenge is a bonus!
