Tuesday... Just couldn't bring myself to put the coconut oil in my coffee this morning. I felt so sick all day yesterday, it may have been a coincidence but I feel fine today! I am going to abandon the idea and just stick to cooking with it LOL My Mom arrived last night, it is so very good to see her. She brought her recipes with her so now I can get them entered into the online family cookbook YAY!
