I did cut back from yesterdays walk and that's a good thing. I need to lose 5 lbs in the next 5 days now I am going to try hard to do it and I will probably lose weight the unhealthy way (no surgery mind you) but I am determined. I almost broke down and ordered a papa john's pizza today because i saw it was only 8.99 but when I added it to my cart it was 14 bucks and well I am a cheapo lol

I get to do a non stop walk tomorrow. I burn more calories that way.
