I had some bumps coming off the detox. I think it is normal to have some difficulty transitioning from a severely restrictive diet to one that is more flexible.
I am still not sure how this whole weight loss things works. I almost always feel like the scale is a week off. I lost this week even though i was far from perfect. I am hoping that I won't see the damage on the scale next week.
The good news is that I am working out the kinks and mis-steps from last week and am right back on track.
This is a new low weight for me since starting WW. I am only .75 lbs away from my 10% goal!

Detox is a good word to focus on when dieting. Best to concentrate on eating well and intelligently rather than on the scale which is only a guide as to how well you are playing the game. You are doing well, keep up the good work Shana! :-)
