Evening Workout (only)...

Treadmill:
Time: 25 min. (including 2-3 minute cool down)
Incline: 6.5 all the way through
Speed: 3, 3.5, and 4mph alternating
Chair Dips: 18, 23, 18, 18, 26
131.0 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
