My lapse happened Thanksgiving week. Lapses happen. Will be better until Christmas and New Years celebrations. Then back to watching calories more. I will try to make healthier choices and smaller portions. I refuse to have less of an holiday watching everyone else enjoy the good food and good times but me.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 50.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
