so I had a old scale and it told me 203 when I started this...but the new digital scale said that's I'm 204 ..im very upset that it looks look I haven't lost any weight..so I'm doing this for 3 more weeks it better be close to 190 by the end of this month
200.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
