Still loving the push up challenge! I have been keeping up with the 20 push ups every night. I must admit I did miss one day, but I am making them up today:) Happy 4th!!!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
