Thinking of going to the gym today. I did my 14 days so today I am having a little dairy, prolly cheese. I am still very surprised I went 14 days with no carbs or dairy for that long with out killing someone. :-)
202.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
