Juice Fast Day 6 Down 6 1/2 lbs. I'm finding that it's the most difficult when I wait too long between juices and I get hungry...very hungry. It's crazy how fast you can want to quit when the stomach is growling! It's also a terrible time of year to be juicing as this is a time of eating. Friends, family and food! I'm pushing forward for as long as I can manage. I'm averaging a lb a day and nothing beats that!
