Did well on diet. Kenny also was gone for 2 days. Yesterday I weighed 144.6. Beth, Lee, and Megan came and we had lasagna and I had chicken and salad. I fed eat a few bites Of lasagna and also had some watermelon. Tomorrow roger rios comes to stay here and Then on Thursday we check into the reunion Until Sunday. Do sometime this week, I will be taking a break from this diet
