Ugh.I thought that my first cheat day would be AWESOME, going all week without any of my sweets that I'm so addicted to. And I'll admit it, the carrot cake that I had with my coffee after breakfast was awesome, I felt like I appreciated it so much more than I usually do, but the rest of the day kind of sucked. I felt sluggish and fat, and then nauseous all last night. I kept having to get out of bed thinking I was going to throw up. So, I think next cheat day, I'll play it a little more cool. Maybe a Subway sandwich and a little bowl of ice cream will be easier on my stomach, lol. Plus, it's expected to gain a couple pounds after cheat day, and then work them off the next week, but I shouln't have gained them this fast. I was up three whole pounds this morning. Not sure what that's about. Guess I'll see what happens this week.
