My weight shows that I am up 2+ pounds from yesterday, I am pretty sure that it is some sort of water retention. I woke up this morning and my finger was choking where my wedding ring is, and there are marks on my feet where my socks are. I am not going to let this get me down.
I know that the day to day weighing helps me stay on track- I can only count the weight loss/or gain from Saturday to Saturday.
Funny yesterday I recorded a loss and got a message from FS that I was lossing to fast, I posted a gain this morning and it said I was gaining to rapidly. Go figure
